Mike Hughes is a senior Certified Management Consultant with over 30 years industry experience across Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, India and the Middle East. I have performed in many different roles and functions during my career and I have widespread experience in designing and implementing major change programs at all company levels, across multiple company functions and in many different industry verticals. This broad-based career enables me to act as a key advisor to Clients on a range of business issues.

I hold a BSc honors degree from Kings College London, UK and a number of additional certifications; Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants; Certified in the Enterprise Governance of IT (CGEIT) by ISACA; Certified Change Manager in accordance with PROSCI methodologies; Co-Pilot™ Certified Business Coach; Microsoft Certified Services Adoption Specialist and the only Pine and Gilmore Certified Experience Economy Expert (#292) in Alberta. I live in Calgary, Alberta where I enjoy the mountains in both winter and summer and pursue a variety of arts and technology related interests. My pro-bono work is mostly focused on Arts \ Theatre and Higher Education organisations and I am an active volunteer for the Standards Council of Canada, where I was part of the Canadian team that helped develop ISO 20700 - Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services.
